Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor performance and service delivery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and report on facility conditions.
  • Help ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with the facility team to resolve operational issues promptly.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
  • 0 – 1 year relevant experience (NYSC or internship experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
