Job Title: Facility Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day facility operations and maintenance activities.
- Assist in monitoring vendor performance and service delivery.
- Conduct routine inspections and report on facility conditions.
- Help ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with the facility team to resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Estate Management, Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- 0 – 1 year relevant experience (NYSC or internship experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
