Title: Field Service Engineering Intern

Location: Enugu

Job Description:

• The candidate will be employed by the Company as a Field Service Engineering Intern and will play a vital role in supporting our operations. The intern agrees to serve the Company in various capacities as required, aligning with the Company’s operational needs and the intern’s ability and capacity.
• The intern will report directly to the Field Service Lead at the Company’s Enugu location.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of WI-FI devices (Radio, Air Fibre, etc.) using line-of-sight technology.
• Troubleshooting WI-FI devices.
• Basic Networking.
• Collaborating with customers/employees to identify computer problems and providing solutions.
• Maintaining detailed records of customer/employee queries.
• Analyzing call logs to identify common trends and underlying issues.
• Coordinating with field engineers to visit customers/employees in cases of more serious problems.
• Testing and repairing faulty equipment.
• Updating self-help documents to assist customers/employees in resolving issues independently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree with a Second Class Upper division in Computer Science or a related field.
• Male candidate.
• Resides in Enugu.
