Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement and development activities.
  • Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
  • Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
