Job Summary
- We seek a highly motivated and passionate Graduate Trainee to join our Human Resources team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help organize employee engagement and development activities.
- Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
- Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
