1). CNG Pump Operator
Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of pumps, compressors, and other equipment used to move fluids and gases
- Help to maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety procedures and regulations
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure proper performance
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions of pumps and associated equipment, and resolve them in a timely manner
- Record and maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance
- Communicate with other team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure effective job execution
Requirements
- SSCE/ND/HND
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Well versed with plant operations/working culture etc.
- Must have experience in CNG
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and in a variety of work environments
- Must be able to participate on a standby roster, and to work rotating, evening, and weekend shifts, including holidays.

2). CNG Compressor Operator
Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Responsibilities
- Switch from automatic to manual controls and isolate equipment mechanically and electrically to allow for safe inspection and repair work.
- Maintain daily logs of operation, maintenance, and safety activities, including test results, instrument readings, and details of equipment malfunctions and maintenance work.
- Operating of compressors and auxiliary equipment
- Starting and stopping of all compressors and auxiliary equipment, such as cooling towers, oil pumps, etc. as dictated by the raising and failing of the line pressure as per instructions.
- Start-up, stoppage trip-outs, or deviations must be reported to the Control room operator immediately.
- Drainage of water condensate on an hourly basis.
- Any abnormalities must be interpreted and compiled in a report
- Provide report to supervisor daily
- Interpreted readings and act on reading abnormalities
- Performs minor repairs on equipment, using hand tools.
- Operates equipment to purify gases.
- Perform other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Diploma/HND or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 2-5 years of experience as a CNG compressor operator
- Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of various types of compressors;
- Operation, adjustment, and maintenance of pneumatic tools and auxiliary equipment;
- Compliance with health and safety principles

3). Health & Safety Officer
Location: Ogijo, Ogun
Responsibilities
Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and update health and safety policies and procedures to comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communicate policies and procedures to employees, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze accident and incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Training and Education:
- Develop and deliver health and safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and changes in regulations to ensure training content is up-to-date.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
- Coordinate drills and exercises to ensure employees are prepared for emergencies.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay current with health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Investigations:
- Conduct investigations into accidents, near misses, and other safety-related incidents.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of investigations and corrective actions.
Safety Culture Promotion:
- Promote a positive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Encourage employee involvement in safety initiatives and programs.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and implement improvements.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager or similar role.
- Professional certification in health and safety (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
