Job Description
- We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support to the CEO.
- You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s work and personal life.
Responsibilities
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO; including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments and communications.
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Compose and prepare correspondence; monitoring and responding to emails.
- Manage sales, client requests and inquiries on the CEO’s personal line.
- Manage the CEO’s Online Profile i.e,. Instagram, Linkedin accounts, press publications etc.; professionally communicating him in the appropriate light.
- Active involvement in the CEO’s day-to-day personal and business activities.
- Accompany the CEO to events, client meetings and other field engagements.
- Content creation for CEO’ personal branding on social media.
- Prioritise, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Consult with the CEO in determining appropriate course of action, referral or response.
- Filter general information, queries, phone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contact as appropriate.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping as required by the CEO.
- Run personal errands as requested by the CEO
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND preferred, OND may be considered
- Tech and Social Media Savvy
- Basic photography and content creation skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule determined by the needs of the CEO.
- Superior attention to details
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Preferably lives on the Mainland (Yaba axis)
- Recent graduates on/about to commence NYSC program are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience as an Personal Assistant is a plus
- Previous experience in the real estate/property management sector is an added advantage.
Salary
- N70,000 – N85,000 / month.
