Summary:
- The Quality Officer Development Programme is designed to build a Competent and sustainable Quality Management Function.
- The program will develop high potential young professionals into qualified Quality Officers capable of driving quality systems, enforcing compliance, and supporting continuous improvement across our various operational locations.
Job Details
- To train and prepare a new generation of Quality Officers
- To ensure trainees gain practical experience in the core areas of our Operations
- To promote a strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and integrated Management Systems(IMS)
- To build internal capacity for supporting audits, system implementation, compliance and quality culture
- Develop high performing candidates subsequently into (Jr) Quality Managers who oversee the QMS.
Requirements
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals in engineering or quality-related fields.
- Production and Mechanical engineers are encouraged to apply
- High-performing individuals with strong analytical, communication, and learning abilities.
- Candidates must be willing to relocate and serve in various operational locations across Nigeria.
- Candidates should not be more than 26 years of age.
