Responsibilities
- Review and reconcile financial statements, accounts, and transactions to identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly, collaborating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies during reconciliation processes.
- Generate reconciliation reports and summaries for review by management.
- Implement efficient reconciliation procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with finance and reconciliation teams to resolve complex reconciliation issues.
- Communicate and document findings and resolutions effectively.
- Monitor and report on reconciliation progress and outstanding issues.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Google Suite.
- Proficiency in using Financial software and reconciliation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in financial reconciliation, accounting, or auditing roles is an added advantage.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting findings.
- Problem-solving abilities to investigate and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
