Job Description
- Be involved in the process of stock control and management.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products.
- Stocking shelves with products appropriately using First-In-First-Out Method.
- Carry out routinechecks to identify and report soon to expire products.
- Reporting price discrepancies and problems to the HOD/ Floor Manager.
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new products to customers.
- Promptly report customers feedback and complaints to HOD/FM for resolution.
Requirements
- Candidates must be resident in Asaba, Delta State.
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc / M.Sc Degree
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or possess exemption letter
- Possess a minimum of One (1) year experience working in a retail environment, ideally must have a minimum of five (2) years experience working in a mall.
- Customer service-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be between the ages of 18years to 35years age as at the time of engagement.
Salary
- N70,000 – N80,000 / Month.
