Title: Support Engineer Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Attend in-person meetings with clients to assess, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software issues.
• Proactively update, maintain, and monitor all company product devices.
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the organization.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Document and compile detailed reports outlining technical assistance requests, the steps taken for resolution, and specific dates and individuals involved.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all product-related concerns from clients and colleagues.
• Organize and maintain documentation related to warranties and instructional guides for company products.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Electronics Engineering is an added advantage.
• Graduates awaiting NYSC deployment (PRE-SERVICE) are eligible to apply.
• Current National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members are encouraged to apply.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Demonstrated motivation to acquire new skills and adapt to emerging technologies.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
