Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Cabin Installer

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior installers in the assembly, installation, and maintenance of cabins and modular buildings.
• Ensure installations are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Learn to use relevant tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with completed installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support with site preparation and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Work collaboratively within a team and adapt to various work environments.

Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, or design is desirable but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving and practical skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Keen interest in construction, design, and technical work.
