Job Title: Graduate Trainee—Process Engineer
Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee Process Engineer with a background in Metallurgy or a related field.
- This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in mineral processing, plant operations, and process optimization within a dynamic mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and optimizing mineral processing operations.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation of new processes.
- Work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot operational challenges.
- Analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced mining environment.
- Familiarity with mineral processing equipment and principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
