Graphics Designer at CNL Homes Limited

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. Your role is to contribute fresh ideas, collaborate with our team, and create captivating visual design assets for digital and print platforms. Join us in creating impactful design solutions that leave a lasting impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create visual designs, including logos, illustrations, infographics, marketing materials, website layouts, and social media graphics.
• Understand project requirements and objectives, and collaborate with team members to develop design concepts that align with the vision of the company.
• Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs, ensuring a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
• Prepare a Graphics content timetable for the month.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, brand specifications, and campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Have a Solid knowledge of design and visual principles.

Requirements

• Candidate should poccess Bachelor’s degree in Graphics Design, Fine Art, or related field
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Creativity and a strong eye for aesthetics, with the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative designs and projects.
• Knowledge of digital design best practices and the ability to create designs optimized for web and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple project and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving, with a drive to stay ahead of industry developments.
• An understanding of the Nigeria Real Estate Industry is an addition.
