Title: Guest Relations Officer
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Attend to guest’s enquiries phycally and on phone
- Check-in guest appropriately
- Ensure guest experience service at all times
- Making booking and reservations for guests
- Welcoming the guest with appropriate hospitality gestures
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
