We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Customer Service
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Accountabilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
- Taking ownership of customers’ issues and following problems through to resolution.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responding promptly to customers inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Generating automatic mails to customers to sensitize them on maturity of their Investments.
- Front line of support for clients and customers by helping to ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services.
Salary
N750,000 per month.
