Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned wealth management leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service to High Net-Worth and Ultra High Net-Worth clients?
• A leading financial institution is looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of High Value Client Management to drive group-wide growth, deepen premium client relationships, and lead a team of advisors delivering world-class wealth solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and lead strategies to grow the HNW/UHNW client segment across multiple business lines.
• Drive asset growth, revenue expansion, and client retention across subsidiaries.
• Deliver tailored investment, estate planning, and wealth structuring solutions.
• Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing advisory team.
• Foster a culture of excellence, cross-selling, and enterprise collaboration.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, and governance standards are upheld.

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years in financial services, with strong leadership experience in private wealth or relationship management.
• Proven success managing HNW/UHNW portfolios and growing AUM.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CISI are a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of investment markets, estate planning, and client engagement.
