Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Admin

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Head, Human Resources and Admin. will direct HR and Administrative efforts with strategic direction and implementation of processes and policies to enhance business performance in a FMCG company.

Basic Requirements

  • Degree in Humanities or a related field
  • Masters in a related discipline is an added advantage
  • HR professional certification
  • Knowledge of IT systems, HRIS, MS Office Suite, project management, administrative functions
  • Minimum 7 years experience in HR & Admin. with 2-3 years in lead position within a structured environment
