We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head of Account & Finance
Location: Abule-Egba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for optimal decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage financial reporting, cash flow, and risk management.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize investment and funding strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis to support restructuring efforts in the oil & gas business.
- Oversee cost management and internal controls to maintain financial integrity.
Requirements
- B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ICAN/ACCA certification required).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, preferably in Oil & Gas, Engineering, or Financial Services.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in financial reporting, ERP systems, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive financial strategy and business growth in a dynamic industry.
