Job Title: Head of School (Primary & Secondary)

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate must be passionate about excellence in education and capable of managing a blended curriculum that includes EYFS, British National Curriculum, and Montessori methodologies at the early years and primary level, and British/Cambridge Curriculum at the secondary level.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for both the primary and secondary arms of the school
• Oversee effective implementation of EYFS, British, and international curricula
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all levels
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
• Strengthen partnerships with parents, the school community, and external stakeholders
• Ensure the school maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Drive innovation, 21st-century learning practices, and continuous school improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of school leadership experience
• Deep understanding and experience with:
• EYFS Framework (Early Years)
• Montessori Education (Early Years & Primary)
• British National Curriculum (Primary)
• Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel Curriculum (Secondary)

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in Educational Leadership or School Administration
• Experience with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and Edexcel
• Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities
• Experience managing school accreditations, inspections, and curriculum reviews.

Salary

• N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
