Job Description
- We are seeking a highly qualified Health, Safety, and Environment Officer to join our team. As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and the protection of the environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular safety inspections and audits.
- Providing HSE training and awareness programs.
- Investigating incidents and accidents and recommending preventive measures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in an industrial catering firm.
- Experience working offshore is an added advantage.
- Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, CSP) are preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- The ability to work in offshore environments is a plus.
Salary
- N200,000 monthly.
