Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an HR/Admin Manager.
  • The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources and administrative functions.
  • Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, handling payroll, performance management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing employee grievances.
  • Additionally, the HR/Admin Manager will oversee office administration, support operational efficiency, and contribute to company culture initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 – 8 years experience in the retail service industry
  • Should possess not less than five years in leadership position as HR/Admin Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategies and policy formulations
  • Experience in HR management, recruiting, and onboarding, performance management
  • Strong knowledge of payroll management and employee records handling
  • Familiarity with office administration and operational support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
