Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an HR/Admin Manager.
- The HR/Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing human resources and administrative functions.
- Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, managing employee records, handling payroll, performance management, ensuring compliance with company policies, and addressing employee grievances.
- Additionally, the HR/Admin Manager will oversee office administration, support operational efficiency, and contribute to company culture initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 – 8 years experience in the retail service industry
- Should possess not less than five years in leadership position as HR/Admin Specialist
- Strong knowledge of HR strategies and policy formulations
- Experience in HR management, recruiting, and onboarding, performance management
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and employee records handling
- Familiarity with office administration and operational support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employee grievances and ensure compliance with company policies
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
