Job Title: HR/Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR/Admin Officer to join our team at the Abuja Head Office.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing human resource functions and administrative operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer payroll processing and staff welfare programs.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
  • Supervise office administration, including procurement and facility management.
  • Organize staff performance evaluations and appraisals.
  • Support management in fostering a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, HRCI, or SHRM) is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
