Role Description
- We are looking for an HR Analyst/Training Admin to provide analytical support, training administration, and general HR assistance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics, training administration, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English Language.
- Proficient in HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and performance management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
