Job Title: HR and Admin Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Summary
- The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring administrative efficiency, and aligning workforce management with business objectives.
- This role requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support smooth daily operations and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Functions:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee leave, attendance, and payroll coordination.
- Facilitate effective performance management processes and systems.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances and supporting workplace harmony.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
- Assist in planning and implementing training and development programs.
Administrative Functions:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a conducive work environment.
- Coordinate the procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, company events, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage administrative budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Maintain filing systems for organizational records while ensuring confidentiality.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR and administrative reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Support audits and inspections related to HR and administration.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labour laws.
- Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and organizational tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proactive, ethical, and professional approach to work.
