Job Description
- Recruitment: Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing job offer letters.
- Onboarding: New employee onboarding process implementation, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up employee files.
- HRIS management: Maintaining the company’s HR information system (Odoo), including data entry, updating employee information, and generating reports.
- Benefits administration: Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and ensuring accurate payroll deductions.
- Support the promotion of inclusion in the workplace in a bid reinforce Structured Groups’ position as an equal-opportunity employer.
- Employee relations: Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries, complaints, and issues within capacity.
- Training and development: Coordinating training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records.
- Compliance: Monitoring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR and Admin Officer.
- HR Certification is an added advantage.
Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
