Job Title: HR Assistant (Male)

Job Summary
- The HR Assistant provides day-to-day support to the Human Resources department, helping to ensure smooth HR operations.
- This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to grow a career in HR, offering exposure to recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires including document collection, induction scheduling, and file creation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records both in hard copy and digital formats.
- Help in tracking employee attendance, leave, and other time-off records.
- Support the coordination of training sessions, staff meetings, and HR programs.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment status.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information and company documents.
- Participate in HR projects and other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
Experience:
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships and NYSC count).
- Familiarity with basic HR processes is an advantage.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-conscious.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 per month.
