We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Responsibilities
- Manage staff HMO Administration, and resolve any related issues in a timely manner
- Manage staff Payroll, and ensure payments meets agreed timeline.
- Manage pension and benefits administration.
- Monitor and send daily staff attendance to their respective HOD’s .
- Organise monthly staff awards selection and presentation.
- Manage staff weekly overtime payment, and ensure error free payments.
- Ensure all statutory payments like NISTF, ITF Group Life e.t.c, are paid in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain employee records.
- Respond to queries and requests for information on HR Policies and procedures.
- Manage staff annual leave coalition and payment
- Provide other support as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- HND or B.Sc In Human Resources or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Practical knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
- Good inter-personal skills, and a sound understanding of Human relations
- Microsoft office and understanding of relevant software.
- Ability to work with confidential information
Salary
N220,000 monthly Gross (Full time Employment, with other benefits).
