Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Agege, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented HR Officer to join our dynamic team.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of Human Resources operations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. Assist in the resolution of employee disputes and conflicts. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Training & Development:

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of employee training programs.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.

HR Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.Assist with the implementation of HR policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience through internships or entry-level HR positions
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability to work independently and under pressure.
