Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support the daily human resources functions of our school.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and administrative HR support—all remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, shortlisting, and onboarding new staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
- Handle basic payroll and leave management support.
- Support performance reviews and probation tracking.
- Draft HR-related documents including offer letters, memos, and reports.
- Provide support on staff welfare, engagement, and compliance.
- Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labor regulations.
- Handle employee queries and assist with conflict resolution.
Requirements
- Degree or certification in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR support or administrative role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
- N70,000 monthly.
