Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated female, proactive, and highly motivated Human Resource Manager who must be single with a minimum of 5 years to join our dynamic team.
- As a key player in our organization, the HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
- The ideal candidate should be a single female , flexible, and ready to embrace the multiple demands and responsibilities of a fast-paced HR role, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of all HR activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, ensuring alignment with the company’s staffing needs.
- Implement and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Develop and execute HR policies and programs to foster a positive workplace culture and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Handle employee benefits administration, compensation strategies, and ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Lead efforts in employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development.
- Stay updated with HR trends and best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to HR systems and processes.
- Coordinate and manage employee performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all HR inquiries and provide clear, timely communication to employees.
- Ensure the company complies with all labor laws, regulations, and best practices related to human resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Tech-savvy with experience in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
