Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- As our HR manager, you will manage and optimize HR functions, drive talent acquisition strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address workforce needs.
- Design and execute performance management systems and development plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management in the consumer finance industry.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 / Month.
