Job Title: Human Resources & Admin Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR and Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administrative functions in a dynamic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and facility administration, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a pharma or food manufacturing company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage administrative functions including office management, security, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and growth plans.
- Maintain HR records and reports, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with external agencies, government bodies, and vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR and Admin experience in a Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Salary
- N300,000 – N350,000 Monthly.
