Job Title: Human Resources (AM HR) Manager
Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage HR policies and initiatives in line with business strategy.
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Address employee concerns and mediate disputes to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, providing insights for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Work closely with management to identify staffing needs and manage workforce planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in the consumer goods or food & beverage sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, practices, and labor laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, alongside strong Microsoft Office capabilities.
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
