We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Rivers

Reports To: Head of People & Culture / HR Manager
About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our growing team.
- This role will be pivotal in aligning business objectives with employees and management across designated departments.
- The HRBP will serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to line managers and employees.
- Foster strong employee relations and provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives in alignment with business goals.
- Drive effective HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal practices.
- Plan, implement, and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Track and interpret HR metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Recommend and implement strategies to improve performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and tailor HR solutions accordingly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years proven experience in an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and fostering a high-performance culture.
Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 monthly
