Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Auditor

Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a HR Auditor to closely monitor and audit all employees’ work activities, ensuring adherence to company policies, accurate reporting and optimal productivity.
• The HR Auditor will be responsible for tracking staff login times, ongoing tasks, deadlines and the alignment of reports with actual work done.
• This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to enforce accountability in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Only female candidates needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HR auditing, compliance or performance management is an advantage.
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment with strict performance monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address productivity issues.

Salary

• N300,000 – N450,000 Monthly.
