Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Port Harcourt.
- The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.
- Key tasks include HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefit programs, and ensuring effective personnel management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Proficiency in Personnel Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
