Job Description:
- An innovative Technology-Enabled International School located in Edo State is seeking a dynamic and eager-to-learn ICT Executive to oversee and enhance the school’s budding ICT and Digital Marketing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities: As an ICT Executive, your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing all digital marketing campaigns, encompassing SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing, constructing, and managing the school’s social media presence.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against predefined goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifying trends and insights and optimizing spending and performance based on these insights.
- Collaborating with the ICT Business Consultant to generate innovative and effective growth strategies.
- Working alongside the ICT Business Consultant to create landing pages, enhance user experience, and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.
- Applying strong analytical skills to assess the overall customer experience across various channels and touchpoints.
- Maintaining the school’s computer systems and internet facilities.
- Managing the school’s website, Learning Management System (LMS), and School Management System (SMS).
- Preserving the school’s digital marketing assets.
- Reporting directly to the School Administrator and the ICT Business Consultant.
Qualifications Required: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- HND or Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent ICT-related field.
- 1-3 years of proven work experience in ICT, web applications, digital marketing, and networking.
- Experience in overseeing SEO/SEM campaigns, managing marketing databases, and executing email and social media campaigns.
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging, informative, and motivational digital campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Residing in or near Benin City and not too far from any of the school locations.
Skills and Knowledge: You should be proficient in the following areas:
- Data analysis
- Content creation
- SEO & SEM
- Social media management
- Networking
- Marketing analytics
Additionally, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus.
