Objective
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software, as well as providing technical support to end users.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to end users by responding to requests for assistance and resolving technical issues.
- Assist with network administration, including setting up user accounts, configuring network settings, and troubleshooting network issues.
- Assist with system backups and ensure data is securely stored.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
- Assist with the development and implementation of security measures.
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
- Experience with network administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
