Job Title: Intern
Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship (1-Year Internship)
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Support other departments with administrative duties as needed
Requirements
- High school Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
