Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Intern to join our team.
- This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client relationship management, customer support, and service delivery.
- As a Client Services Intern, you will work closely with the client services team to ensure customer satisfaction and support the organization’s operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Assist in responding to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Account Management: Support account managers in maintaining client relationships by providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring client needs are met.
- Customer Support: Help troubleshoot and resolve client concerns, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
- Data Management: Update and maintain client records in CRM systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing reports on client feedback, service metrics, and other performance indicators.
- Onboarding Support: Help onboard new clients by providing information, resources, and guidance on services offered.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to address client needs and improve services.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the client services process and suggest enhancements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Recent graduates are welcome to apply.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
