Job Title: Investment Manager (Fixed Deposit)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed agreed fixed deposit target in line with the bank’s sales direction.
• Source appropriately priced and structured deposit liabilities for the company from individual andcorporate sources through the sale of specially designed investment products.
• Continually generate a viable pipeline of prospects/potential clients within the desired target marketthat will ensure the achievement of the set personal and departmental targets.
• Meeting and exceeding sales target as assigned by board/management.
• Regularly liaise with the key stakeholders in order to understand ongoingchanges in business activities and developments.
• Cultivating, enhancing and establishing courteous relationship with existing and prospectivecustomers.
• Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies based onfield experience.
• Provide strategic advice to the key stakeholders with accurate view of the market and the bank’s future.
• Cultivate and maintain an active portfolio of HNI clientele on an on-going basis for investment.
• Give periodic reports for management and relevant stakeholders’ meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master’sdegree (MBA) or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in portfolio management, wealth managementand/or liability generation within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory framework, and market dynamics.

Salary

• N500,000 – N800,000 per month.

Target & Pay:

• The target is directly tied to pay and is dependent on candidate capacity.
