Job Title: Investor Relations & Impact Lead

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid / Remote)

Job Summary

  • We’re hiring an Investor Relations & Impact Lead with community development and program creation expertise.
  • The ideal candidate will secure funding from prominent foundations (e.g., MEDA, Mastercard Foundation, Bill Gates Foundation, etc) to support our impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including foundations, investors, and other strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue new impact funding opportunities, including grants, investments, and other forms of funding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and develop programs and projects that align with our impact goals and investor interests.
  • Manage relationships with existing investors, providing regular updates on impact and progress.
  • Develop and implement impact measurement and reporting frameworks to track progress and demonstrate value to investors and stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting our impact work and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the MGT

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Business Admin, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in community development, impact investing, or program development
  • Proven funding securing skills
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Passion for community development & social entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate:

  • A female candidate with a strong background in community development, impact, and program development.

Salary
N500,000 monthly.
