Job Description
- We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our mobile app.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is an advantage.
- 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours.
Salary
N170,000 – N220,000 Monthly.
