Job Description

• We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our mobile app.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is an advantage.
• 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in an IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours.

Salary
N170,000 – N220,000 Monthly.
