Job Summary
- Monitor and maintain company IT systems to prevent issues and ensure security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computers, networks, and software.
- Set up new equipment and ensure optimal technology usage within the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Previous experience as an IT Support Officer, preferably in the travel industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant IT certification.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
