Lai Omotola created the firm. CFL Group as it is known today was formed through the merger of 14 firms over the course of nine (9) years. CFL Group became a full-fledged infrastructure corporation in 2015, with operations in Real Estate, Energy, Power, Construction, Agriculture, and Transportation.
