Job Description
- Lagos City Lead is responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, include evaluating the work done by sales representatives and sales officers, training sales teams, and analyzing sales trends.
Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Responsible for managing the sales of the region and rate individual performances.
- Report on region-wise sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Analyze the region’s market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
- Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.
- Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.
- Schedule and conduct sales appointment with key resource personnel of hospitals and healthcare facilities to sell LifeBank product
- Work with the marketing and sales lead to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank customers.
- Work in line with company objectives to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Provide daily call reports as well as a weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory
- Regularly follow up with signed hospitals and healthcare facilities to ensure they are enjoying the services offered by the company.

Qualifications
- B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
- Master’s Degree in a similar discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales manager, or similar senior sales role
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Monthly Gross Salary
N600,000.00 Monthly.
