Duties & Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies
- Develop annual marketing plan for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids.

- Develop and Implement strategies for growing and sustaining a vibrant Agent & Merchant network in the Regions

10). Team Lead, Other Assets Products
Location: Lagos
- Responsible for driving performance across Community Banking Unit segments (Schools, Local Government Councils, Religious Bodies, Embassies, NGOs) to ensure that products targets are met.
- Maintain the bank’s leadership position/market share by ensuring that FirstBank attains and retains leadership in the Community Banking segments space.
- Research competitor product offerings and make appropriate recommendations for improvement to ensure that the CBU product offerings maintain their competitive advantage.

11). Team Lead, Retail Payment (POS) Support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the coordination of the support for the FirstPOS merchant set-up and onboarding
- Proactively engage the various Payment Service Terminal Aggregators (PSTAs) and Switches to ensure daily optimized transaction reports are provided.
- Proactively engages EFT and EPO to promptly settle merchants on both instant settlement and T+1 and T+2 (dollar settlement)
- Coordination and ensuring the regular update of the acquired merchant database in line with the agreed settlement timelines e.g. Instant Settlement, T+1 settlement, and T+2 settlement

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be the source of reference within the Group/Dept. in facilitating and promoting the understanding of OR and compliance requirements.
