1). Accountant (Inventory and Financial)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems
- Perform periodic physical inventories and cycle counts
- Analyze inventory data and recommend solutions for inventory optimization
- Create and maintain financial records and reports related to inventory
- Audit and adjust inventory figures on a monthly basis
- Manage daily bank reconciliations
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Process tax payments and returns
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum – OND/HND/BSC
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good people skills and friendly disposition
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations
- Experience in inventory management.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

2). Storekeeper (Raw Material and Finished Goods)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Receive Raw and Packaging Materials into the store
- Dispense raw and packaging materials
- Carry regular stock reconciliations of raw materials and finished goods
- Track and manage the company’s inventory.
- Ensure that inventory levels are accurate.
- Properly account for inventory.
- Minimize inventory wastage
- Perform all other functions as assigned by Management.
- Maintain a neat, clean and safe working environment as per government regulation
- Manage the store layout
- Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage
- Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
- Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store
- Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month
- Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order and make a purchase
- Ensure storage of materials follow the first in first out (FIFO) method
- Assist in handling organisation’s daily tasks
- Assist in packing orders
Qualifications
- Minimum – OND / HND / B.Sc
- Computer literate

- Work experience as in a stock and Inventory related field will be an advantage

- We are looking for Full time, Hybrid Digital Marketer to handle all active and passive marketing across all our Digital Platforms, manage sales landing pages, etc, for African Naturalistas, a company into the manufacture and sales of Hair Products, its subsidiary Pureformula Innovations, a B2B cosmetic manufacturing company into the Private Labelling of Hair Products, and The-Trichologist, a Hair Clinic into helping women with Hair Loss Issues and Scalp Disorders.
Responsibilities
You will be required to.
- Manage and create content for all our Social Media handles
- Manage content uploads and engagement on Youtube
- Write content marketing blog posts
- Manage sponsored ad performances
- Manage Newsletter marketing and informative communication
- Build aesthetically-pleasing sales conversion and landing pages, in alignment with brand standards
- Develop creative Digital Marketing Strategies to be executed across all platforms
- Create graphics, posters, video cut-outs, other media assets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
- Create and manage monthly Social Media Calendars and Email Marketing Calendars.
- Post Engaging Contents daily on all Social Media Channels
- Manage Stakeholder communications on Social Media

Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and statements
- Assess financing alternatives by considering risk, return, and market conditions
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and budgets
- Monitor the cash flow of the company to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet cash flow needs
- Prepare analysis of financing needs for major capital equipment purchases, working capital, and other financing needs
- Prepare and monitor the company’s credit facility and develop Credit policies

- Ensuring legal compliance of the organisation’s financial activities.
