1). Facility Operator – Head Office

Job Description
- This job role is to operate and identify the maintenance needs of the company’s equipment to keep it in good condition and optimal use.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate the company generators and Elevators.
- Maintaining a proper inventory of equipment and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned.
- Performing minor maintenance work on the facilities, such as electrical and mechanical systems.
- Accepting and signing designated documents, such as job completion certificates.
- Prepares periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Carry out other sundry assignments as directed by HFM.
Job Requirements
- OND or NABTEB in Building services-related disciplines.
- A certification in Health, Safety, and Environment would be an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience as a Facility Operator.
Technical Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of standard space management and utilisation practices
- Previous experience in maintaining facilities/office services Function
- Good technical understanding of building services, such as electrical works, refrigerators and air conditioners, water systems, lifts, etc.

2). Recruitment Administrator

Job Description
- This job role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruitment and Selection unit in hiring the right fit to achieve corporate goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitors and tracks recruitment activities.
- Manages the recruitment calendar to ensure synergy in dates for shortlisting, interviews, feedback process, etc.
- Support the update of the IBEDC talent pool.
- Organize, update, and maintain filing systems for the department, including electronic and paper files, ensuring the team has easy access to information and resources.
- Handles external and internal candidate correspondence relating to job offers.
- Schedules interviews and communicates with panelists and candidates.
- Documentation of all new employees on the resumption day.
- Facilitates email, Identification, and complementary card creation.
- Provides recruitment and selection helpdesk support.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform other sundry assignments as directed by Lead Recruitment and Selection.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the Social Sciences, Arts, or Humanities, or any related disciplines
- A postgraduate degree or certification in HR is an added advantage.
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Personnel Management is an added advantage.
- At least 2+ years’ experience in HR, specifically within Recruitment, Experience of Data Protection principles and application to recruitment, Knowledge and understanding of statutory legislation relating to recruitment.
