1). Facility Management Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As a Facility Management Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining Ikeja Electric’s facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance while optimizing facility operations.

Your contributions

  • Preventive & Routine Maintenance: Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure consistent facility operation and minimal disruptions.
  • Facility Inspections: Conducting regular inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components) to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Safety & Compliance Management: Ensuring all facilities comply with safety and regulatory standards, including fire safety, electrical compliance, and environmental guidelines.
  • Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Collaborating with external vendors to facilitate repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to Ikeja Electric’s standards and quality expectations.
  • Data Management: Tracking maintenance schedules, costs, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

2). Treasury and Accounts Officer

  • As a Treasury & Account Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial processes, and ensuring the integrity of financial transactions at the business unit level.
  • This role directly supports the organization’s financial stewardship by ensuring effective cash flow management, optimizing treasury operations, and providing critical financial insights that drive sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
You’ll contribute to:

3). Supply Chain Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Purpose

  • Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency in SCM processes through performance benchmarking, assurance activities, policy development, and the alignment of procurement standards with business goals.

Role Accountabilities

  • Drive functional excellence by leading contract optimization reviews, bid administration, commercial assurance, cost estimation, and other assurance activities.
  • Conduct Business Process Reviews (BPRs), internal health checks, and self-audits across SCM functions.
  • Coordinate SCM performance dashboards and key metrics; perform gap analysis to improve operational outcomes.
  • Review and update SCM policies and procedures in alignment with global best practices.
  • Collaborate with user departments to define product standards and specifications for procurement and inventory.
  • Facilitate inspection and testing of goods delivered to IE to ensure alignment with approved specifications and standards.
  • Ensure installation work orders reflect approved specifications and monitor contractor compliance during project execution.
  • Track and evaluate contractor proposals and global trends to recommend superior or cost-effective materials and practices.
  • Liaise with departments to test new products and technologies, fostering innovation in supply chain operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD and MD/CEO.
  • Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Procurement or related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or similar field.
  • Membership in a recognized professional body is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of global supply chain standards and best practices.
