1). Maximum Demand Key Account Management Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As the Maximum Demand Key Account Management Specialist, you will contribute directly to Ikeja Electric’s business success by managing a portfolio of MD customers, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth.

You’ll contribute to:

  • Coordinating and improving relationships with Maximum Demand customers to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction.
  • Managing an assigned portfolio of MD consumers, maximizing revenue potential, and enhancing service delivery.
  • Handling and escalating customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining service excellence.
  • Conducting energy demand forecasts and analyzing monthly energy consumption trends.
  • Driving revenue mobilization efforts by ensuring timely bill payments and daily revenue collection.
  • Identifying and acquiring new MD customers while enhancing the existing customer database through effective KYC.
  • Preparing MIS reports for MD customer categories and supporting decisionmaking processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • This opportunity is an Mid- Level Management role you’ll play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with Maximum Demand (MD) customers.
  • This role directly reports to the Head MD Key Account Management. Successful applicants will typically possess the following criteria:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the utilities or energy distribution industry.
